I have led high-impact, visually striking event brand campaigns and immersive booth experiences — from flagship conferences to global showcases — ensuring precise brand and messaging alignment for each unique event. These have ranged from large-scale activations engaging up to 20,000 internal and external attendees, to TED Talk–style single-presenter stage experiences that deliver focused, memorable messages to partners, employees, clients, and industry leaders.

 

BK LIVE | Global Townhall
Working tightly alongside my motion director, Meshach Rojas, our challenge was to reimagine our quarterly report as more than a presentation — to turn it into an engaging, anniversary celebration for CEO Robin Vince that also honored major milestones and achievements. I designed the concept as a dynamic, on-stage experience, leveraging a large-scale video wall to display live, evolving graphics that synced with Robin’s remarks. Partnering closely with the NVision team, I guided the creative direction, designing and animating the visuals, alongside overseeing production to ensure a seamless, high-impact delivery.


GRACE HOPPER

Designed BNY’s presence at the Grace Hopper Celebration, the world’s largest gathering of women in computing and a highly competitive tech recruiting event. This was our first large-scale career fair activation to showcase the enterprise employer brand, using the booth experience to clearly communicate who we are, what we do, and the value we offer to top tech talent.

Designed the INSITE conference identity and experience to reflect the rapid transformation happening in wealth management. The event brought together the industry’s boldest thinkers to share groundbreaking insights, strategies, and innovations redefining success. Design approach visually captured the theme of technology’s power to elevate work, enhance the client experience, and shape the future of the industry.
